Write to us about anything — an order in flight, a delivery that has not arrived, a refund, or a complaint. A person reads every message.

For orders and deliveries

Email dravya@dharmaposhanam.in or call +91 99000 82065, Monday to Saturday, 10:00–18:00 IST. Quote your order number — it looks like DRV-IN-000123 and is on your confirmation page and email. We reply within one business day.

For franchisees and bulk orders

Stores, temples and franchisees order on trade terms through the wholesale order form. If your account is not linked yet, write to dravya@dharmaposhanam.in and we will set it up.

For complaints

If a reply has not resolved things, escalate to our Grievance Officer, BR Kartika, at dravya@dharmaposhanam.in. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within one month.
